Watermelon Marzipan

Bought these to give as gifts to the Marzipan characters of my daughter's ballet class. They were participating in The Nutcracker Ballet. The marzipan arrived fresh and in perfect condition. They tasted very good. The only surprise was that they were made with sorbitol, an artificial sweetener. I would have preferred all natural ingredients.

It is more economical to get these from Oh! Nuts than from Bergen Marzipan directly for some reason. Even though I live in New Jersey (where Bergen Marzipan is made and exported all over the world) I order mine from Oh! Nuts, because their Bergen Marzipan fruits are just as fresh and delicious as from the factory. As a side note, the shipping from Oh! Nuts is expert. The marzipan fruits arrived in perfect condition. Sometimes I have bought the large Bergen marzipan fruits from local upscale candy shops for more money, and found them slightly ''smooshed' from laying on top of one another or from being handled by careless customers. I won't need to do that again. I will buy from Oh! Nuts from now on. The Bergen Marzipan fruits arrived in perfect condition and I would recommend Oh!Nuts as my Bergen marzipan source for all ocasions to anyone.
