This product is of great quality. I am trying to limit my sugar intake in order to loose weight. I pop a few of these sunflower seeds in my mouth when I get a craving for something sweet. It is just enough to satisfy me. I always keep them around.

I wanted some thing different for my wedding candy buffet so I ordered a couple of bags of the assorted seeds to see how we all liked them, they were a hit all around. They are crunchy, yet soft enough for those who have issues with chewing harder nuts. I love them!!!

I liked how fast the order got to me. I wish there had been a "best used by" date stamp on the package as some of the nuts in each package were stale. The FRESH ones tasted lovely!

These are so addictivly good, candy shell, chocolate coating and a sunflower seed, what a perfect snack. I have to limit myself to a handfull a day or else I'd eat the whole bad in one sitting.

These sunflower seeds are exactly the right balance of all the main characteristics one would expect - nutty, sweet, salty, crunchy. Although I bought them intending to mete them out to my daughter as a healthier alternative to candy treats, I find myself munching on a small handful here and there as well. These are a perfect replacement for M&Ms or similar in a trail mix, and taste far better as well. The thickness of the candy shell is such that they are easy to chew, but still have a perfect amount of crunch. The layer of chocolate is just right as well, not being cloying in the least. Lastly, the sunflower seed has the perfect amount of salt, really bringing the entire treat together. Truly, these are versatile (gifts, trail mix, a healthier treat than candy, something to leave out at parties) and are a welcome addition to my pantry.
