My daughter-in-law's feeling on being pregnant was "nesting" and we went with that theme for the baby shower. I bought bird nest cand dishes (made with real twig nests and a glass bowl in the middle) and filled them with the Dark Blue Almond Jewels chocolate candies, which look like bird eggs with the speckles on them. They were a tremendous hit...we actually ran out early in the shower! Our guests were actually disappointed!

we offered these at my daughters wedding reception. they were in vintage candy dishes with the silver almonds. we had vintage sugar shells for guests to help them selves. we had many comments on how beautiful and delicious they were.

I used these blue chocolate almond jewels as well as the purple and silver almond jewels as well to fill jars for wedding favors. it looked spectacular and the chocolate tasted great.

Awesome Bird Eggs

I was looking for an idea for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Their last name is Bird so I wanted to play up on that. I found small bird nests and needed "eggs". I didn't want just plain jordan almonds but when I found these, I thought they would be better because they also had chocolate in them. They were perfect! Looked very real, looked perfect in the nests and can't wait to see my siblings and parents responses to this idea. I've all ready tasted them and boy are they good! Like M&M's only that much better and richer.
