The Etrog (Citron) is a one of a kind fruit that has been imported especially from Israel. This sweet, succulent fruit comes sliced and ready for you to eat. Each Dried Esrog slice is cooked in water and sugar, formulating an exceptionally moist and sticky, almost compote-like delicacy.

Dried Etrog/Citron
by Mystic from Louisiana on 2/9/2010
I have this 1800's period recipe for a Delicious Citron Pudding that calls for sliced citron and I have looked everywhere for a couple of years now and all I could find was diced citron. I was so happy when I found this site and they had sliced citron. I order one pound and tried it out in the pudding and everyone loved it. And when I say everyone I mean about 75 civil war re-enactors. Thanks, Oh! Nuts
