Goji Berry is also known as wolfberry, mede berry, barbary matrimony vine, bocksdorn, Duke of Argyll's tea tree, red medlar and matrimony vine. It is a native fruit of southeastern Europe and Asia.
Certified Kosher Pareve under the strict supervision of OK laboratories.
Add about 1 tbls of dried Goji berries to 1/2 cup of dried whole oats. Fill bowl with milk to just cover the top of the oats and berries. Microwave on medium for about 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes to cool. Goji berries add just enough sweetness without the need for brown sugar. Eating them simulataneously transports me from Portland (where I live) to Brooklyn where my dad grew up, with that extra hint of exotic far away travel.
Somewhere between cranberry and raisin

That's how I describe Goji Berries. I have only eaten these out of hand and sprinkled on a salad. I bought them because they are a superfood and I wanted to try them. Looking for ways to use these for every day eating.

Taste Burst

Prepare your taste buds for a burst of sun rays the minute you chomp down, only forget that. You can't prepare. The flavor sneaks up on you, better than raisins, tangier than figs, a real explosion of what "different" means.
