• How and how long should you store dried oranges? You can store dried oranges in an airtight container (or original packaging) for up to two years in a cool, dry pantry.
• How do you soften/reconstitute/rehydrate dried fruit? To rehydrate fruit fast, boil water. Then soak the fruit, covered with a paper towel or plastic wrap, in a bowl containing the boiled water for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and use.
