I was disappointed as they were not sliced and dried as I thought they would be. They are soft and sweeter than I would like. They are a good product but not for what I wanted.

Great flavor but a little sticky

Great flavor for a dehydrated strawberry, but also a bit sticky and clumpy as a result. Perhaps that's the small price you pay for not overly dehydrating them. I mince mine, coat them in small seeds and nut flower to use in my homemade trail mix. Absolutely wonderful.
