I buy large amounts a couple times a year and back muffins and cakes with it instead of flour. Mixed with flaxseed, it works as well as flour but with some very healthy side-effects. Research almonds and their anti-inflamatory properties compared to wheat flour.

I love this product, mostly because this site offers an awesome deal for it - because it's super expensive anywhere else. I always make things that need almond meal, such as French macarons, almond frangipane tarts or financiers so I'm glad I can find a reliable place to find this product!

I use the ground almond in salada and light cooking as I am on a strict diet. The product has excelllent texture and mixes very well. Highly recommended.

I ordered ground almonds to use for a Kransekake (Norwegian wedding/tower cake). The almonds were perfect - great consistency and fresh tasting. Ordering pre-ground almonds saved me a ton of time, and the price was very reasonable. I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely order again.
