Love them. They're a great way for me to add protein etc. Wanted a little more flavor though, so I roasted them myself and added sea salt. Now they're perfect!

Toasting almonds during the pre-holiday season is a family tradition for us. In the "old days" the tradition involved a lot of work shelling, blanching, etc. Now all I have to do is call you and the worst of the work has already been done. I love it! I would also add that placing the order was simple and the staff VERY courteous and helpful. Thanks for doing such a great job and for the wonderful product.

We make a family traditional candy at Christmas -- Almond Roca and it calls for blanched almonds. It is very difficult to find these in bulk, so this way of purchasing is perfect!

One of our family holiday traditions (dating back to goodness knows when)is the preparation of toasted almonds. As a child, one of my "jobs" was helping with the shelling and blanching of the nuts (hot water, pruney fingers!). Not much fun. Purchasing the almonds with the hard work already done is such a treat and now all I have is the fun of preparing them for my family. Thanks "Ohnuts" for the great product.

These almonds worked perfectly in a recipe I make for salted almonds every Thanksgiving. It's difficult to find a satisfactory raw, blanched almond, but this product was fantastic. I'll be ordering again, for sure!

I have a recipe I found on the last page of Gourmet magazine many years ago, and it never ceases to get raves. It's sugared and spice nuts, and calls for 8oz. of blanched almonds, a devil to do and a joy to find.
