I use the little beauties for and afternoon pick-me-up instead of candy or granola bar. Very portable. More unabtrusive for snacking at work than say candy or a nutrition bar.

I've long known that Brazil nuts are the healthiest nut you can eat, but when I tried to crack them I usually ended with powder. These are perfect. Kept in the freezer, they're a nut vitamin pill. Just love them. I'm getting healthier as I type.

This is a great source of protein, energy, and anti-oxidants. It contains a ton of Selenium, which is a great combatant against prostate cancer. These nuts are large, meaty, and full of flavor.

you can never find brazil nuts sold by themselves in stores. they are always in with mixed nuts. Read there was danger is you ate too many of these at one time

Store-bought Brazil nuts are often slightly rancid. These are very fresh, sweet and delicious. Don't forget that Brazil nuts are a source of Selenium and many, many other vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats.
I just eat them straight, 2 or 3 a day, with other nuts and dried fruits. Perfect takealong snack, they don't need refrigeration, don't leak, don't need heating up.

Brazil Nuts are an excellent source of Selenium and a help in inhibiting one of the three most significant deficiencies in the USA: Magnesium Deficiency. These nuts are also a great source of digestible fiber and the fatty acids, Omega-3/6/9. One (1) or two (2) nuts per week for dogs is a wonderful, cost-effective and palatable way to help protect against cancer initiation of many tumor types.

Use Brazil nuts as a snack, also cuts sugar cravings; I hav not tasted this fresh of a Brazil nut since childhood when my mother would buy them, they are my favorite and since moving to Texas have not been able to fine this quality of freshnes whether they are shelled or in a shell they are not the same. OH! NUTS does take pride in their products.

Eat 3 brazil nuts daily. The natural selenium content of the nuts will keep you from getting sick, especially colds and flu! If selenium deficient, or already sick, eat six nuts per day for the first four to six weeks. Eat the raw nuts only for nutrient preservation. Its easy....They taste great!
