I eat plain Greek yogurt everyday. I sprinkle Chia on my yogurt & love love love the texture. Chia is flavorless so it actually goes with any & all foods. Enjoy for great health

Chia seeds are supposed to be an excellent food for diabetics and dieters but I found them useful as an energy source more. I've seen little effect on my blood sugar but the chia seeds baked into muffins has been an great source of all day energy. I have panic attacks and have to watch out for caffiene or energy boosters but the chia seeds have given me plenty of all day power without the side effects of uncontrollable panic.
