Almond brittle has always been a savory and delectable delight. Clusters of roasted almonds are sunk into hot blend of corn syrup, honey and sugar at a high temperature, and then mixed to create an aromatic concoction. After that, the almond mix is spread out on a sheet in order to dry and harden. Almond brittle is an excellent treat for a celebration or holiday and makes a perfect crunchy snack.

this almond brittle was very sticky, and adhered to the paper on which it was packed, so that one could not pull it off without including lots of paper...
the almonds tasted stale and the brittle candy stuck to the teeth...
an inedible product...
don't know, was all stuck to cardboard, when you tried pull off paper stayed stuck to product

I gave this as a gift and was humiliated. The cardboard was completely stuck to it to the point that it was impossible to separate the candy and paper. It appeared old and stale, leaving me making excuses. When I got home I opened the 2nd box I had bought and found it only partially stuck to the cardboard. I tried a piece and bit into a hard sticky mass and a very stale almond. Not all of the almonds were stale but one definitely was, and this was in one bite. Awful!!

Wonderful product! It is packed in a box with paper separating the pieces. Because of the hot weather the brittle had become soft and the paper was stuck to the candy. We had to throw some away because we could not get the paper off of the candy.
