I recently had some a Korean woman gave me from her neighborhood store, I was interested in how I could get some when I saw them on Oh Nuts! and bought them. They taste the same and are very good. My only complaint is, some of the individual packages were not sealed and the snack can get stale too quickly.

I love these. I was glad to see that they are now packaged in small wrappings But the wrappings are not sealed on the sides so except for keeping them from sticking together, it does not keep them fresh

What could be better before you go work out? Nuts, honey, in a wonderfully crunchy blend. Being hypoglycemic, I have to be careful what I eat. This snack is perfect for times when I am getting ready to do something physical. And it tastes great!
Real Hard

They are really good just a bit harder than I would prefer. They would be better if just a bit chewy rather than so hard. After they sit out in the humitity they are softer and REALLY good!

Sesame seeds are a fantastic source of calcium that is very effectively absorbed by the human body.
In fact, our bodies absorb this source of calcium far more effectively than the human body absorbs calcium from cow's milk, afterall, we are not baby cows!

I LOVE this candy. I have bought it in the past from my "Trader Joe's" but they quit carrying it and I miss it. I was looking for something else and found that Oh Nuts carried it. Yay! My first order is already gone. (my kids ate it all ;-) )
Great Between Meal Snack

I'm not a doctor but have been a Diabetic for many years and found that these served as a good between meal snack that didn't raise my blood sugar much and was very satisfying. (Do check with your doctor before eating if you are a Diabetic.)

This snack is really good. Lots of nuts and a satisfying crunch. My boss is completely addicted to it...she eats it before her Bikram yoga classes to help her power through.
