The popular peanut brittle is infused with the flavor of roasted peanuts and corn syrup. This gourmet brittle is made with sugar, corn syrup, roasted peanuts and honey. A slurry of corn syrup and water and other ingredients are heated up until it reaches a hot temperature. Immediately, the peanuts are stirred in to make the brittle, and then they are spread out on a sheet and left to dry and harden. Peanut brittle is a great treat for the holidays and makes a wonderful, flavorful health snack. Each rectangular piece of brittle is about 3" x 1.5". There are approximately 13 pieces in a lb.

OK - there are possibly better peanut brittles out there, but I really enjoy this one. Not too heavy on the sweet part, overall comes across very peanuty, with a mild sweet finish.
