I used to eat sesame brittle 30 - 50 years ago; glad I found them once again. Now the grand kids are getting familiar with this product and they too love it.

I love the product. I use it to make our Open Sesame Gelato. I would like to buy it w/o the 1 lb boxes. It seems a waste for both of us to just throw them away. I would also be interested in buying the broken pieces of this brittle. As we break it and then coarse grind it and mix with caramel variegate.

My mother made this brittle when we were kids. She often incorporated toasted almonds in the recipe and that made it even more tasty and special. I wish I could purchase sesame brittle with toasted almonds in the mixture.

Another twist to this excellent snack would be if you offered another version of this sesame treat by mixing into the recipe toasted almonds. My mother would include the almonds and I prefer that combination. Try it and if you do I will order it right away.
