I was turned on to raw pistachios by my dentist and they have a more robust pistachio flavor than the roasted ones and sweeter tasting.

I use the raw pistachios in my salad, cereal, snacking. If I was a baker, I'd use it cookies and cakes. Ah! But alas! I an not a baker.
These raw pistachios have a real pistachio flavor and it's unencumbered by the salt that takes away its natural sweetness of the raw pistachio.
No more shells

It is great to have bulk nuts to snack on. They are not salted which allows me to keep my sodium intake down. They actually taste better without salt.
