I mainly began purchasing this product for my husband who had seen something on TV about its health benefits regarding blood pressure. He has been taking these nuts in his oatmeal, and as a plain snack for around 3 or 4 weeks, and notes there is a positive change in his blood pressure and energy level! I've started eating them too, and love the taste and texture!

Made grilled pork tenderloing with a toasted pumpkin seed sauce. Since these were shelled, they were easy to use and just had to be measured from the bag and put in food processor. Great recipe!

I feed birds (jays, cardinals, woodpeckers, juncos, sparrows, anything else that flies into my yard) and they enjoy some pumpkin meat and seeds along with their sunflower seeds. This is convenient as there are no shells left behind to clean.

These pumpkin seeds are by far the plumpest ones I've ever purchased. Usually pumpkin seeds are long and flat, but these are kinda' roundish, fat little things and, to me, they taste better for it, have a better "mouth feel," too. They are also VERY fresh, which is so important, since I eat them as-is, by the handful.
