Doctor recommended sunflower seeds as a perfect snack. Good for the brain, heart, and eyes. These are plump and juicy and I've not found a discolored or broken seed yet. And can you believe I think I'm getting a little smarter?

The seeds are fine. No hulls mixed in. No broken pieces. Fresh. If given the choice between grocery store and OH Nuts, I would chose Oh Nuts because of the freshness but if there were a great price difference, I would probably go with the grocery store because the differences aren't that noticeable.

There is nothing I do not like about these sunflower seeds - they are fresh and chewy and flavourful. But the most important thing is that they are FRESH. I bought these to add to my husband's snack mix (w/almonds, walnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, apricots, raisins), but I also love to add a handful to a container of lemon yogurt (it has to be lemon, for some reason, don't ask me why). SO good!
