although I have already posted a review and said that the chocolates to 2 different families arrived on time and looked good I forgot to say that i was charged[$] extra for ice!!!!I asked the recipients (both from Detroit) if there was ice packed with the gifts and both parties said - 'no - no ice'.I queried this with the Oh Nuts customer service and they refunded the [$] without hesitation.Beware the ice charge!!!!
