CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS VERY NICE. TRACKING THE ORDER WAS EXCELLENT AND PACKAGE ARRIVED EARLIER THAN ANTICIPATED WHICH WAS WONDERFUL! THIS WAS A VALENTINE GIFT FOR MY SPOUSE WHO WAS WORKING ABROAD AND HE REALLY LOVED IT.

The presentation was absolutely superb. When I walked in to the house where I had it sent, all the women were standing around the Gift Basket and were mesmerized by it. They bombarded me with questions -- "where did I order it from"? "how did I know what to order?" "did I speak with someone at the store?" "which store did I order it from?" I told them I spoke with someone because it was a Wednesday afternoon and I had to have it delivered before Shabbos and they guaranteed that it would be and it was actually delivered Thursday evening! It was a big hit at the dessert table!
