these hamantashen where so good. not rich tasting, just a perfect balance. they reminded me of greek cookies i had as a youth.

Kids, even big kids, love the chocolate filling. Of all the flavors - apricot, prune, poppyseed and raspberry, the chocolate went the fastest. We offered the cookies as the dessert for our Purim Carnival dinner, and they did not last the evening.

I bought multiple boxes of Hamantashen in chocolate, poppy seed, apricot/raspberry and sugar free apricot. I simply ate one of the boxes of chocolate, gifted several boxes of the chocolate ones and the sugar free apricot and I used the some of each flavor in a party tray for the Purim party. They were a big hit. Delicious and very easy! Thanks so much for doing one of the biggest parts of this party (making Hamantashen) for me!!
