Rainbow cookies are my daughter's favorite but we had to forgo them when she started eating gluten free. I was thrilled to find these when looking for Passover desserts, AND they were delicious. This is a great treat.The only problem is that you have to eat it up quickly once it's open, otherwise it dries out. But that's generally not a problem for us!

The texture was really good, has a great almond or amaretto flavor. Very soft and the chocolate was good. It is a smaller package but for me it was perfect.

The taste, the texture, delicious! I am not a fan of kosher for Passover cakes in general but this one is a winner. Rich in flavor, moist and one of the few Passover foods I would like to eat all year round.

After our delectable Joyva experience, we reveled in the wonder of rainbow cake! Originally the colorful cake was first 'invented' in Italy. No doubt our Mediterranean closeness made it's way to traditional Jewish bakeries, and behold! A fine interpretation has been perfected by our friends at Oh Nuts! AWESOME!
