Steal a moment of pleasure! For an extra chocolate kick, Manischwitz has added morsels of dark chocolate to their traditional biscotti recipe and then dipped each cookie in home-made dark chocolate. The light and crunchy texture is still the same, but the sweet buzz of indulgence is a little stronger!

These were very good. Soft yet crunchy. Good chocolate flavor.

I am partial to egg matzo, anyway, but the dark chocolate coating on these smaller crackers makes these really special.
The coating, however, is fairly brittle, and had cracked off about a third of the crackers. Meaning there were pure chocolate pieces to 'clean up' later on the bottom of the box.

We served these Biscotti as one of our Pesach desserts. They wowed everyone. I could serve these all year round!
