I am partial to egg matzo anyway, but the chocolate coating really made these crackers special.
The coating is thick but brittle, so it cracks off easily. But then you get to have the chocolate pieces after the crackers are gone.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, chocolate, vanillin - an artificial flavor), Passover wheat flour, apple cider, eggs, dark chocolate (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, vanillin - an artificial flavor). ALLERGY INFORMATION: Contains wheat, milk and eggs. Manufactured in a facility that also processes food containing nuts, soy and eggs.
