Made the lightest, most ethereal Parisian macarons!

If you're looking to make Parisian macarons, the little filled sandwich cookies that are the hottest dessert around, look no further than this almond flour. It's perfect for making tasty, light macarons that will melt in your mouth and wow your guests. Oh Nuts ships VERY quickly and the quality of all the nuts I ordered was absolutely superb!
Excellent and Delicious Time Saver

I use a lot of grounds almonds during Passover and have had to grind my own (which is hard on the food processor). These ground almonds were fresh and delicious and saved me loads of time. I made tons of delicious French macarons, lemon almond tortes and almond cookies. I even had time to test severalnew recipes. Will order every Passover!!

During Passover, I make sweet breakfast "bread" by beating one egg in a mid-size pyrex bowl, add one cup almond flour, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 t. salt, 1/2 t. Passover baking powder. Microwave 2 1/2 minutes.
