These cookies were just like the ones I remember from the New York bakery where I grew up. I can't believe that Passover tasted so good!

Ingredients: Sugar, kernel paste(apricot kernel, sugar, potassium sorbate), walnuts, whole eggs, water, hydrogenated cottonseed or palm oil, potato starch, artificial flavoring, raspberry / or apricot filling or rasp. spread (raspberries, or apricots, sugar, pectin, sodium benzoate, citric acid), chocolate coating( hydrogenated cottonseed and palm coconut oils, cocoa partially processed with alkali, chocolate liquor, salt, artificial flavoring).
