Good for cakes

I wish the coconut was more like flakes instead of ground up so small. However, I use the coconut in cookies, cakes and icing for Passover. gives a great flavor.

This is essential for the perfect macaroon!

When you live in an area that does not have Passover food except for matza, oh! Nuts is the best place to find Passover candy and Passover coconut. This coconut worked for my baking perfect macaroons!!! I could not be more pleased.
