If you make anything with almond flour, try to sub in hazentut! I use 1/2 almond, 1/2 hazelnut to make a gluten free cake and it's fabulous and always a big hit!

I have never used nut flour before in baking. I wanted to try something new this year, and I wasn't disappointed at all. This product made an excellent torte and cookies.
Excellent ground hazelnuts

I have a recipe for Hazelnut torte that has no flour, uses ground hazelnuts instead. I made it with this product and it was delicious. The nuts are finely ground, and were delicious. They are also very reasonably priced.
