A surprisingly delicious treat!

I was assigned the task of bringing Passover desserts to a family Seder and they needed to be Kosher for Passover. Visited your website and selected a few desserts. They arrived promptly and were all delicious but these cookies were EXCEPTIONAL!! What a pleasant change from the gummy, canned macaroons! They were crisp, lightly sweet and just the right amount of coconut. I will include these again for Passover (and any other time).
