I bought these and the almond ones for a late-night snack, and also to help with my cholesterol. They are delicious and filling. All the snack-sized nuts at the store are too salty; these are perfect. And I'm sure this is not typical, but my bad cholesterol went down 41 points--wow. And they're always fresh. The perfect snack! I'm eating a bag per evening and have eliminated all other nighttime snacking, which has been a lifelong problem for me.
