Red Long-Stemmed Roses Confection - 12-Piece Bunch

Unfortunately the long stem red chocolate roses went on top of the casket. I bought 3 dozen roses. As traumatic as the funeral was, the roses brought some light to the occasion. Mother would have loved it. At the end of the service, all the guests were invited to take one of the roses. I ordered the roses on Thursday and paid for 3 day shipment. One of the ladies I talked to over the phone made sure they got shipped on Friday so I would receive them on Tuesday...and I did. The funeral was Wednesday morning. I would and probably will, order more flowers in the future...hopefully for a different reason than a funeral!

I was out of town and wanting have a novel birthday gift delivered to a dear guy friend. I thought regular flower bouquet would be not appreciated by a guy as much as a woman would enjoy them. I had originally wanted an edible arrangement but the local folks couldn't do a same or next day delivery. Any food item also had to be kosher. This idea, chocolate candy with the look of flower bouquet seem to be the right mix. It was both whimsical and practical. Fun and edible. So I ordered. Even better with a free delivery promotion. I was initially disappointed when purchased online that the expected delivery date was several days away. However I emailed customer service and they were accommodating to send it out the next afternoon. The recipient loved the gift, it was waiting for him by the doorman. He talks about getting 'flowers' delivered and how neat the candy idea was. When I was back in town, one of the candies had been saved for me. There was red tissue paper shaped like a flower as a wrapper for the chocolate inside. The chocolate was good, fresh. I would purchase again.

I gave it as gift to my beautiful wife and it was very tasty. It was also very well presented.
