this challah was amazing - better than i would have thought possible coming from the mail. It was sweet, soft, cakey, they way challah should be.

This Challah was perfect for Rosh Hashanah! It came really quickly after I ordered it, in fact, the only bad thing was having to use so much self-control not to eat it early!! We are a gentile church but I teach Jewish/Hebraic root studies, I used this bread when teaching/observing Rosh Hashanah. It was so good people were taking big chunks instead of little pinches! For a congregation of about 30-40 1 loaf would be fine, but if you have more than 50 buy 2... if you have any left over send it to me!! mmm mmm good.
