Store-bought Brazil nuts are often slightly rancid. These are very fresh, sweet and delicious. Don't forget that Brazil nuts are a source of Selenium and many, many other vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats. I just eat them straight, 2 or 3 a day, with other nuts and dried fruits. Perfect takealong snack, they don't need refrigeration, don't leak, don't need heating up.
