Jordan almonds are a flavorful treat that are a popular staple at weddings. Once primarily popular in Italian and Greek culture, Jordan almonds can now be found at weddings of all cultures. Traditionally, five almonds are clustered together to symbolize happiness, fertility, longevity, health and wealth, and are wrapped in tulle and ribbon or decorative boxes to be distributed to guests as party favors. These Super Fine Teal Jordan Almonds are made with premium California almonds and are candy-coated with the finest candy shells. The result is a crunchy, nutty taste. BEST of all jordan almonds!! Fresh, easy crunch coating

Used for a party. Folks LOVED these. I have used Jordan Almonds lots in the past -- mostly for color. Learned that there are various levels of quality of nuts and coating. These almonds were large, flavorful, and fresh. The coating was thinner than many kinds -- makes it delightful to pop in your mouth and get a candy, crunchy, nutty taste. EVERYONE raved about these nuts!!

These were used at our son's wedding in favor jars. The color was great, nearly every nut perfect in 20 lbs. and they taste great. Not overly hard so they can be enjoyed by everyone and they did! I would highly recommend Oh Nuts -- their service was great as my order arrived within a few days of ordering. I will definitely use this company again for important personal occasions and for my business needs. Can't say enough great things about them!

Beautiful but teal color was very dark

We purchased the teal almonds for wedding favors. They were delicious and high quality. They are uniform in size and color, and the color is really brilliant. However, the photo shows the almonds appearing much lighter than they actually are. I was surprised because the true color is a very dark teal, not a light teal as it appeared in the photo and on my computer screen. So, these are definitely not close to being a Tiffany blue or dark turquoise. Be careful if you need a specific color for your wedding/event.

I have made several purchases from Ohnuts.com and have been satisfied with all of them. I especially am very fond of their lightning fast delivery (for a great price). However, I have to say that this time around I was not too happy. I bought this particular product to be part of a dessert table that involves color coordination. I am COMPLETELY aware that some variation occurs due to computer settings, but this one was too much. The picture on the web shows up as almost as a neon bluish teal. However, the actual product is a very dark, greenish teal. It was still yummy, but the color was completely off...and I ordered 5 pounds of it! To top it all off, I ordered these with some ribbon candy and those did not meet my expectations either, so the entire experience was not a good one overall. I was very disappointed.

I ordered these to compliment the black and white candy buffet for my daughter's black white and aqua wedding. The photos showed a more aqua color. They are in fact, more true teal with a distint green tone. They worked out just fine, though!

I ordered 13 lbs. of white and Tiffany blue Jordan almonds for wedding favors. were visually appealing and tasted wonderful! I generally don't bite down on a Jordan almond; it's better to let the coating dissolve a bit, but these were a lot softer than most. I would not hesitate to order from Oh Nuts again. I ordered silver rimmed heart-shaped tins from another source, and this made a most delightful and traditional favor.

We used these Teal Jordan Almonds as a guest favor at our wedding reception. The teal color was perfect and matched my outfit perfectly. Many of our guests asked where I found them in such a pretty color as they are used to seeing only pale pastel colors. I put the traditional five almonds in each little white frosted plastic 'envelope' box that had Love written all over it and tied each with a thin teal sparkly ribbon. They were a big hit! Luckily I bought extra almonds for us! Thank you, OH NUTS!

I purchased 2 different products, the Jordan Almonds in two colors and the French Mints in two colors. The candies were for party favors for a bridal shower. I put the candies in tins that I purchased on another site. The competitions site also had the candies but at much higher prices and fewer color choices so I decided to buy my candies mints and almonds from Oh Nuts.Oh Nuts offered the broadest selection of colors and variety of nuts and candies on the web. Their prices beat all of the competition by more than $1.00 per bulk bag. the color was exactly as represented, and everyone at the party commented on the beautiful color and great taste.

I ordered these for wedding favors in our wedding color (although the color in the picture wasn't exactly our wedding color), and the color was a little darker and slightly greener than the picture, but that matches our wedding color very well! A great idea for favors, and they're addicting! I tasted one and it's hard for me to keep my hands off til the wedding!
