It's the candy with the cool name and is eaten on a stick. What is it? Rock Candy Crystal Sticks, of course! While you may remember eating this unique candy as a kid, its origins go way back to 9th century Iran and India. Rock candy consists of two main ingredients: sugar and water. Making rock candy sounds like a school science experiment; candy is formed by allowing a super-saturated solution of sugar and water to crystallize onto a stick. The entire process takes approximately seven days. What you're left with is a tasty treat to be enjoyed by kids and adults of all ages. Our white rock candy is the perfect choice for a gift basket, a birthday party candy buffet or a special treat for kids to enjoy when they're craving something sweet.

So I got on the Internet to see who sold rock candy and I found oh nuts and really great prices for the candy. My mom was surprised Christmas morning when she opened her box.

We used the rock candy as favors for a winter Sweet 16. We bought the unwrapped version and then packaged each in a clear bag with a ribbon and thank you note. The candy came in great condition and the stick length was a good size. We were very happy with the product.

I gave my mother the rock candy as part of a gift for Christmas. My mother was born in South Carolina but has lived most of her life in Brooklyn, NY. She has learned for her elders how to make a natural cough suppressent using rock candy and other ingredients. So in additon to sweeting her assorment of herbal teas that she recieved she uses it for this purpose. She is very happy with the product which is hard to find in NYC.
