Dark Chocolate Halvah Squares with Nuts

While I have nothing to compare it to, this being the first time I've tried Halva. Although it was purchased on a lark, it certainly proved a pleasant surprise. Very delicious, and moreish. The only thing I'd like to try is what another reviewer mentioned, a larger ratio of halva. If you're wondering, I would recommend it.

I was so excited to see these chocolate and nut covered halva squares available. I probably have not eaten them in 20 years, having been in Asheville for 15 of those. They arrived quickly, fresh and delicious, except the ones I remember from my childhood had a different ratio of halva to chocolate. They would have been perfect to my taste if they had about twice as much halva as they do contain. I did enjoy them, and I do recommend them if especially if you have never had them, but I urged the manufacturer to increase the ratio of halva to chocolate as described above.

BEST HALVAH I EVER ATE

Good news/bad news: these were so good, the family had to try them several times to make sure they were still good. I ordered these for high holiday meals and had to had what remained. A great bite-sized treat for those who like halvah. I really appreciate that Oh Nuts has so many great non-dairy options -- I haven't ordered one thing that wasn't thoroghly enjoyed!

Absolutely delicious. Loved the flavor. I am so glad these are bite size. You can still treat yourself with a small but very satisfying treat without feeling too guilty.

2 very decerning sweet tooths I know who have travelled the world and sampled the best sweets it has to offer say there are NONE BETTER than these!

this is the best chocolate halvah I have tried...marketing it in bite-sized pieces dipped in shocolate and ground almonds was a very good idea!

Sent this as a gift. My friend said it was delicious. I had never ordered from this company before so I was very pleased. Shipment arrived even more quickly than I thought given the time of year I sent it.
