California Apricots are the Best!
by GramBelle from Washington state on 2/7/2021
Good California apricots are so much better than Turkish, and these are the best! Fresh and plump with that delicious tang. They make a great snack or can be baked into a fruit cake.

Loaded with Zinc and Yummy
by foster mom from New York, NY on 8/12/2016
I fostered a girl with bulimia and read in one of my guidance books that kids with eating disorders can use zinc. To that end, I loaded up with dried apricots for her -- and yes, she is healing. Seems that these delicious snacks are packed with zinc (and iron). I've become addicted to these dried fruits -- yum, these apricots are good.

Yum!!!
by Maja from Melbourne, Florida on 10/8/2014
Really delicious and fresh! California apricots are the best tasting apricots.

Order, eat, repeat!
by DG from RI on 1/2/2013
Super-fresh! As I said: order, eat, repeat!!

Incredible tasty apricots - sweet & tart
by Dover Loves Walden Pond from nj on 12/3/2011
I used these on a beautiful dried fruit platter with dates and dried figs. I also like to dip half in milk chocolate to serve at dessert - can be too tart if you're expecting the level of sweetness in the foreign apricots. However, I strongly prefer these!

Very Fresh and Excellent Flavor
by pookie615 from Salina, Kansas on 8/20/2011
I cook the apricots on the top of the stove in a light, simple sugar syrup. I call them "stewed" apricots. Chilled, they are a delicious snack or great to eat with a meal. The California apricots are by far the best! Well worth the price. Great just out of the bag, too.

Sweet and tart--very good
by hscpa from Roanoke, VA on 4/23/2011
flavorful

they are wonderful
by Susan from NY on 3/9/2011
I eat them out of the bag..but they are way too expensive...probably will not buy them again for that reason...

Tangy and really yummy!
by Mamasita from Pittsburgh, PA on 1/9/2011
We prefer the California apricots because of their great tangy flavor along with the sweetness.

This is the best of dried fruit!
by Sherideen from [@] on 12/22/2010

Couldn't Get in Supermarket
by Apricot Lover from The Villages, Florida on 7/26/2010
I don't like Turkish Apricots, which is all you can find in the supermarkets nowadays. So I went on line to buy California Apricots, and have been very happy with my order. California apricots are both healthy and tasty snacks.

big apricots
by Dave from Liberty NY on 5/31/2010
I love apricots i think this was one of the bigger ones i ever saw

YUMMY YUMMY!
by geegster from long beach, ca on 4/27/2010
These were fabulous! Usually, when I purchase dried apricots, I will sort through them for those that are evenly colored, sweet, chewy and with an even texture throughout. Every single apricot in my bag met my criteria....no sorting necessary!

tart and sweet
by mamasita from pittsburgh, PA on 3/2/2010
We like the california apricots because they have more tartness than the others.

Love them...just what I expected!!
by Rae from Ada, OK on 1/8/2010
They were just what I expected...moist & full of flavor

Tangy Sweet and Delicious!
by Kenyongirl from Pittsburgh, PA on 12/30/2009
My family loves dried apricots. We chose the California ones because they are tangy as well as sweet. (The Turkish ones are only sweet to us.) They don't last long at our house!!!!

the best apricots!
by Cheryl the daughter from Dallas, Tx on 12/26/2009
My parents have complained about the bland taste of the widely available Turkish apricot. They were delghted with these flavorful apricots from California. Their tangy taste is wonderful.

Excellent!
by Jan from Anaheim, CA on 10/13/2009
So far, I have only used this product for healthy snacking, but I plan to chop up some of the apricots and add them the next time I make muffins. They are very good !

Absolutely Delicious!
by Meg from Avon Lake, OH on 10/11/2009
I've been eating the dried apricots mostly for snacking. Along with a handful of almonds, it gets me through the afternoon. The apricots have such a nice sweet tang -- I'm finding they satisfy my sweet tooth as well.

absolutely scrumptious!
by thoughtful daughter from Dallas, Tx on 8/2/2009
This was a gift for my father. He raves about the flavor!

Great Scott! Great Apricots!
by Heartoglass from Texas on 8/1/2009
These are the perfect tart and chewy apricots of my youth, which I can't find at the grocery store anymore. If you like sickly sweet mediterranean style, these aren't for you, but if you like real apricot flavor, out of hand or for cooking, these babies are ones you've been looking for

An Appreciated Gift
by Lisa from Arlington, MA on 2/19/2009
I have one relative I'm very fond of, but who is very hard to shop for. These apricots were a big hit.

apricots from home
by Tobey from Florida on 2/14/2009
I prefer Californian apricots to Mediterranean. They have a nice tart flavor rather than too sweet. The apricots are excellent in quality, wonderful in flavor, . I have ordered from this company before and highly recommend them. The price is right, as is product quality.

Top Notch!
