Dried Mango Slices

These were soft (not leathery) and had really good flavor.

Oncologist told him to have s many of these he can will aid in digestion etc It is costing me a fortune keeping him in these, he loves yours the best

Great as a snack and as a fiber supplement

Terrific for snacking. Elegant dipped halfway in dark chocolate and layered with dipped kiwi and pineapple.

This is one of the best dried mangos I have had.

Dried mango is an ideal snack and makes a wonderful addition to a fruit cake. When chopped coarsely and soaked in rum or brandy, it regains it plumpness and stays firm during baking. The flavor goes especially well with rum and pineapple. No only is dried mango delicious as a snack or ingredient, it is full of fiber and a painless way to introduce more fiber to your diet.

My family offered a variety of dried fruits, including mango slices, at my daughter's wedding. The variety made a colorful display, and the guests made many comments on the wonderful and unique flavors. The inexpensive dried fruits were more popular than the cake that cost us $275.

I bought these for a few reasons, foremost of which is that I've always loved dried mango. These are perfectly chewy, not too sweet, and completely void of the overly acidic nature of some dried mango products. Another reason I bought a bag is that my notoriously picky daughter has stubbornly refused to eat much of anything that involves fruit or vegetables. I finally got her to eat, among other things, a few slices of dried mango. She loved it so much that we've started including it in her trail mix, though I tend to chop it into smaller pieces. Although the pieces are perfectly sized for out-of-hand eating, for trail mix they're just too big. Amusingly, my daughter finally asked me exactly what she was eating, and wanted to know what brand of candy these were. Imagine her surprise when I told her that they were simply dried, sugared slices of mango, the exact fruit she disliked so recently! These will be a constant staple in my pantry from now on, for certain.

THE CURRENT BATCH OF MANGO IS THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN SOME TIME. PREVIOUS BATCHES HAVE BEEN QUITE GOOD, BUT THE CURRENT CROP IS REALLY ENJOYABLE.

I have no idea how many pounds of these I have ordered so far, as I've placed a few orders ordering more than a pound at a time, as they don't last long-especially when I take a bag into work! As always, they have been delicious, sweet and juicy. The BEST dried mangoes around!

I purchased 5 pounds of slices, and found that three of the packs were wonderful, while the other two were tough and leathery. It was very disappointing because the first two we opened were great and we ate them very quickly, thinking that we had 5 pounds of great mangoes, then had to endure the two pounds of subpar.

These are the best I've tried...very flavorful and not an overwhelming amount of sugar as is the case with many mango snacks. Would highly recommend and will purchase again. Can't beat the price either!

I love snacking on the dried mango at work. It's a sweet treat without the guilt of candy. I mix the mango with the buttery taste of raw cashews for my own trail mix.
