I love this product! The cashews arrived very quickly, and they were packaged well. I always soak my raw nuts (to release the enzyme inhibitors) to make them more easily digestible. Then I dehydrate them and package in glass jars and vacuum-pack bags. I put some of the soaked nuts in glass jars and store in the refrigerator for immediate use without dehydrating them. These cashews are fresh and have the best taste to them! Unlike the roasted, salted nuts, you can do just about anything with these from salad dressings, non-dairy "cheese" sauces. Heck, you can even make some of the best-tasting yogurt you've ever had. I will definitely order again.

These are high quality nuts at a great price. They're large, fresh, whole nuts with great flavor. And they're packaged in a resealable heavy plastic bag. I used to live in a big city and could find quality bulk foods all over town. Not so in the little town where I have recently moved. Thank you Oh! Nuts for delivering the goods.

I soak the cashews in brine; 2 or 3 cups of cashews in enough water to cover them and 2 or 3 TBSP of salt, for about 3 hours. Then I drain them and spread them onto a baking sheet and toast them at 200 F for several hours; I start testing after about 3 hours. Whatever you do don't mix them with dried cranberries and chocolate chips... ;)

Use for quick snack or in fabulous recipes--all vegetarian or vegan. Made Chef Tal's celery root soup, having made the cashews into "cream." To DIE for! Texture of the cashew is perfect, whether eating out of the container or in a recipe. And the FLAVOR!!! It's the best! Absolutely love my cashews!

OK, to claim to be a health nut might be a slight stretch, but my wife and I moved from the west coast a few years back to Pittsburgh. While we love Pittsburgh, we had become accustomed to finding raw bulk cashews in many of our west coast grocery stores. We found the raw cashews out west superior to the over-processed roasted, salted, etc. varieties found in Pittsburgh supermarkets. One day our craving for raw cashews was epidemic. Oh Nuts is a great find. Everything I've ordered has been fresh. The nuts are large, sweet --just have a wonderful flavor. I purchased the dried cranberries (which were also delicious) and made a healthy nut mix of raw nuts, cranberries and a few dark chocolate morsels. my family loves this snack and I keep a jar of this on the counter for all of us to snack on. Also highly recommend the sesami brittle -- YUM !

I eat a handful nearly everyday as I need to add protein to my daily diet. My smell/taste center was altered in a brain hemorrhage and I cannot stand eating meats any more.
