Almond brittle has always been a savory and delectable delight. Clusters of roasted almonds are sunk into hot blend of corn syrup, honey and sugar at a high temperature, and then mixed to create an aromatic concoction. After that, the almond mix is spread out on a sheet in order to dry and harden. Almond brittle is an excellent treat for a celebration or holiday and makes a perfect crunchy snack.

Great healthy snack

Wonderful product! It is packed in a box with paper separating the pieces. Because of the hot weather the brittle had become soft and the paper was stuck to the candy. We had to throw some away because we could not get the paper off of the candy.
