Tradition for Purim is delicious, especially those sweet jam-filled Purim pastries. We've made those yummy Hamantaschen go gourmet. Starting with a freshly baked, jelly-filled Hamantash, we've dipped each one into luscious dark Belgian chocolate, then topped it artistically with white chocolate chips. Each Hamantasch is individually wrapped in a stay-fresh plastic bag and closed with an elegant bow.
The Purim Torah behind this Hamantasch presentation:
While the translation of Hamantaschen is Haman's pockets, Israelis call this delightful Purim cookie Oznei Haman, Haman's ears. We can surmise that Haman didn't have triangle-shaped ears. What most people say is that Haman had a triangular hat (perched upon his ears?). Now, if you look at our gourmet, chocolate dipped Hamantasch, look carefully and you will see a tripod hat right there, made of chocolate and sprinkles. A triangle, topping a triangle. Don't see it yet, wait until you have your Purim wine goggles on. You'll see that and much more then!)

I ordered these for shalach manot. I was concerned that they wouldn't taste fresh but I guess the chocolate covering helped. It was fine and I would order it again.
