Good option for Surviving Passover

Good bun to get through Passover. Nice to have an option that is not crunchy. No strong flavor either way, but was fresh and soaked up burger juices making a great bun option. Also good for sandwiches.
 
So glad you had these. I shared with a friend and she came back for more to take home with her.

Alternative to matzah. Not soft like bread. Made with potato starch. Toasts nicely in the oven. Cut to split buns, not precut.

Great alternative to matzah

These were pretty good, especially considering that they are pesach. I would buy them again next year. Little big for one serving especially the hot dog buns. I used them like hoagie rolls for deli turkey etc.

These rolls were super fresh and soft and tasted great. We are GF all year and bought these for Passover thinking they would not be as good as what we can normally get- They are SO MUCH BETTER. I wish these were available all year! Even my very picky child loved these rolls.

I know some yeast might be ok to use but I am not convinced that this is really non-gebrokt, it cuz it lists yeast in the ingredients. So I didn't use it. It was way over priced tho and I decided to make my own pesach rolls etc instead and not use.
