good and easy

This is so easy! Hot water from the tap is all that is necessary for mashed potatoes with carrots and onions. This only drawback for me is the 800 mg salt per cup, since I am on a lowered salt intake diet. But the contents take up the recommended water (to the fill line) easily and completely.
