Sweet, easy to spread. We sweetened up our tzimmes (carrots and yams) with it, but would be great in a sauce.

For first seder I made a sauce using the orange marmelade by thinning it with fresh lemon juice. I poured it over the chicken, which I baked. People asked for the recipe. Really good marmelade with cream cheese on matzah.
