I make fried pies to sell at the local Farmers Market. I have been using fresh peaches and they are good but the dried peached have a much stronger flavor. My customers raved about the taste of the pies. I'll keep buying these peaches as long as the Lord let's me keep frying pies.

I bought 10 lbs. of dried peaches. Previous orders came in separate 1 lb. bags which were easy to keep fresh. This order came in two 5 lb. bags which were more difficult to handle. Good product, though.

My husband takes a bunch of medicine. Aside from the fact that he really likes the product, it helps to "push the pills down". Guess what! Our dog is crazy about dried fruit. Go figure but she has to fight us for it.[@]

These would be excellent for cooking, but once the bag is open they disappear before making it into a recipe. They are flavorful and moist without any sulfite aftertaste. I really haven't found dried peaches this good anywhere else.

I cannot find dried peaches in Washington and could not find any on a recent trip to California. I tried to make my own in a dehydrator - black and tough. I bought 10 one-pound bags from Oh! Nuts to get me through the winter. I eat a few every day. Sweet, juicy, and non-inflammatory (because I'm not supposed to use inflammatory remarks).

I love the dried peaches. Very flavorful with a bit of a tang to them. One of the staples in my mixed fruit bags I make up for myself. Especially take them on shopping trips with me. These are great.
