The “Oh! Nuts Movie Night Sweepstakes” ("the Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Online Express Inc. Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. EST 10/1/2013 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. EST 11/30/2013.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents age 18 and older of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. To be eligible to win, all entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 11/30/2013, the Sweepstakes Deadline Date. Entrants must have a valid email address and phone number at the time of entry. Employees, directors and officers and members of the immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of employees, directors or officers of Online Express Inc., ohnuts.com and their affiliated or subsidiary companies, are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the U.S.A. Sweepstakes is void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2.HOW TO ENTER: To enter, go to http://www.ohnuts.com/peanuts-holiday/ and follow the entry instructions. You will need to submit your name, email address, phone number, and agree to the rules. You will receive one (1) entry upon completing the entry form. Only one (1) entry per person, per email address is permitted. All entries become the property of Online Express Inc. and will not be returned. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be included and later entries will be disqualified. Any dispute regarding submission of online entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organizations (e.g. business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Online Express Inc. in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation of the website or the entry process.

3. PRIZES: One grand prize winner will receive a Blu-ray^tm player and a DVD copy of Peanuts Deluxe Holiday Collection. Approximate retail value of the grand prize: $275. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of prize, Online Express reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and any expenses not listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: On or about December 10th, 2013, the sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize or First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone on or about 12/12/2013. If Online Express is unable to contact a potential Grand Prize winner within a reasonable time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential Grand Prize winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Online Express, subsidiaries and affiliated companies (the "Sweepstakes entities") to use the winners' names, addresses (city and state) and/or likenesses for advertising and trade purposes (including internet posting) without further compensation or authorization, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, unless prohibited by law.

6. SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Online Express Inc. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Online Express and its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies and each of their respective parent companies, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the "Released Entities"), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Released Entities are not liable for, late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, garbled or jumbled, stolen, postage due mail or illegible entries or for printing, distribution or production errors. Released Entities are not liable for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer internet system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or other technical difficulties or failures or other errors of any kind. Released Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from the Sweepstakes. Online Express Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Online Express may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Online Express. Online Express reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or application. Online Express may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Online Express representatives. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2013 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per household. Entries received by any person or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the participation process will be void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
