Sweet and crunchy. With low sugar but a fair amount of fiber in each piece, they make a great snack or even to top off a meal. Low in salt too, so it is easier to keep to a low salt, lo sugar diet.

Lacking Nutrition information on the label and online. Wish they were bigger unless they are really high in carbs. I exercise and do eat eat nuts and seeds for the needed protien and healthy fats. I ran across these and the reviews were good so I gave them a try. First, they are really sticky when you unwrap, take the first bite - you might me sold right a way like I was.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find these crunch bars to be REALLY yummy! I am used to buying a box of bars at other places only to not really enjoy them. These bars were a wonderful surprise and very good. The combination of cranberries, pistachio, and other ingredients is tastefully done and I enjoy them very much.
