Good but Better as a sub roll

Too large for a traditional hot dog. Might fit a sausage perfectly. Bread does not easily split for a hot dog, but does make a nice sub style sandwich roll. Without toppings the bread is definitely a bit dry.

Alternative to matzah. Not soft like bread. Made with potato starch. Toasts nicely in the oven. Cut to split buns, not precut. Ironically, I didn't get hotdogs for Passover, just the buns.

Last year, product arrived stale. This year, rolls were soft. Best available hot dog roll substitute for Passover use.

I wish these were thinner. Good enough to use with hot dogs. could have been a little fresher. Rolls should have beein individually wrapped before puttin into the Oh Nuts box.
