I am diabetic but have an enormous sweet tooth. These candies are absolutely delicious. They have a nice minty flavor reminiscent of candycanes. Be forwarned though, they can become addictive and consumption of more than a few at a time---something I find easy to do---can elevate blood glucose levels. Some people may also find that the candies have a laxative effect. If you are interested in these candies due to dieting,nbe aware that they still have calories. Overall, I highly recommend this candy.
