A classic Jewish favorite - matzo ball mix a perfect addition to your soups and dishes.
Directions:
1. Break 2 eggs info a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1/4 cup of cooking oil to the eggs. Mix gently with a fork. Do not whip.
3. Mix in content of 1 bag and let stand for 15 minutes.
4. Use wet hands to form small balls the size of walnuts.
5. Bring 2.5 quarts of water to a boil. Add 3 teaspoons of salt. Gently drop matzo balls into boiling water. Cook covered for 20-25 minutes over a medium flame.
Makes 8-12 servings.
